Left Fuser Cover

Before you begin, remove the fuser assembly. Note The left fuser cover cap is the black plastic cap on the gear end of the fuser assembly. 1 Release the two flex tabs 1, 2 and pull the cap from the fuser as far as it will go. 2 Using a small flat-blade screwdriver, unseat the two fixed tabs 3, 4 and pull the cap off the fuser assembly. Replacement Note Be sure to press the cables into the tracking channel in the left cover before you replace the cover cap.
